Michael Melillo

Michael Melillo didn’t come into healthcare consulting through theory — he built his expertise inside real-world service businesses, learning how they operate, where they lose revenue, and why most never scale the way they should.

What he found was consistent: strong operators with real expertise, but no system for growth. No referral engine. No patient acquisition strategy. No digital presence that actually worked. Just word of mouth and inconsistency.

He built his career fixing that — specializing in growth infrastructure, CRM architecture, marketing systems, and patient acquisition strategy. Lead generation, outbound campaigns, automation, and digital presence — the full stack required to build and maintain a predictable pipeline.

Dan Whittingham

Dan Whittingham didn't learn home health compliance from a textbook. He built and operated a home health agency in Ohio for over 25 years — managing every audit, every survey, every payer relationship, and every compliance challenge the industry threw at him.

He made a decision early that most operators never make: instead of reacting to compliance problems, he would build systems that prevented them from ever happening.
